I’m working on a longer post about the baptism, but I can’t resist sharing the photos with you now (if you want to click through, that is). Miss Muffet has whatever the fever-thing going around is, so I’m not sure how quickly I’ll get to finishing that post off (along with the post-with-pictures of shorn sheep that’s been percolating and begging to be shared).

My friend Heather-the-amazing-photographer treated the baptism like a wedding, and the appropriateness of that isn’t lost on me. Seeing the pictures of Prince Charming standing there, gazing at his newly-baptized daughter, brings to mind what the picture will look like if he’s standing there, gazing at his daughter as she greets him from the doors of the church for the escort down the aisle.

Not that we’re letting her escape the convent that easily…
