I have to be honest: I haven’t yet watched an episode of The American Bible Challenge.
It has an inherent appeal to me: not only are there Dominican Sisters competing, but Jeff Foxworthy is hosting it. (And yes, I’m {insert complimentary synonym for redneck} enough to love Jeff. I mean, what’s not to love? He’s practically family.)
On the one hand, bad me. Here I am giving away copies of The American Bible Challenge: A Daily Reader every week and I haven’t yet watched it.
On the other hand, evening TV watching is not part of my “read as many books as I can before my vision gives out each night” plan.
This video, though…
…may have just convinced me to pause my reading-at-the-speed-of-light itinerary.
Consider this a little notice to my husband that we’re going to need to tune in.

I try to watch the show each week if I get home in time from work, otherwise I try to catch it in reruns. I really love challenging myself to answer the questions. I have also downloaded the free App for the game which is also very challenging.
