Yes, that’s right. With the Christmas present sort of figured out (*pause for guffaws*) and the birthday present all geared up with podcasts, it was a weekend filled with podcasts and togetherness and bookshelving. There are things clattering around in my head, in particular a reflection on quilts (there might actually be two of them!), that I’m hoping to share here this week, but we’ll see. All that iWeekend-ing didn’t really help me get the laundry put away (though a whole batch of thank yous will go in the mail today!), though it did help me do the dishes (those womenfolk who suggested that the ipod in the apron pocket was a great motivator may have found just the thing to throw my whole theory of housework on its head, right after I articulated it!).
