This week, I’m talking angels and Mary at my column at Today’s Catholic Woman.

I have a pretty good running commentary going with my guardian angel on any given day (just as I do with the Blessed Mother, thankyouverymuch, so no, I’m not just mumbling to myself!). It’s comforting, knowing that I have my own special angel. It’s also comforting thinking about the people I love having angels of their own, of using a sort of angel communication system when I’m worried about them.

As comforting as it is to think of the gift a guardian angel is to each of us, it becomes that much more comforting to think about Mary as Our Lady of Angels. I found an apparition with this title, quite by accident (though was it really an accident?), and it was such a delightful story. Where will you meet Mary — or your angel — today?
